National disability inclusive coordination framework validation
At the National Disability-Inclusive Coordination Framework Validation Meeting, Mr. Edward Ampratwum, Head of Inclusive Growth & Accountable Governance, emphasized that the framework is a multi-tiered coordination mechanism (national ➡ regional ➡ district) created to unite efforts, reduce duplication, and strengthen collaboration among all stakeholders.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) reaffirmed its strong commitment to working with UN agencies, government institutions, civil society, and partners to ensure the framework is not only validated but also fully implemented to deliver lasting impact.
We were proud to stand alongside key stakeholders, including the National Council on Persons with Disability (NCPD), the Ministry of Gender, Children & Social Protection (MoGCSP), the Ministry of Health, the Ghana Federation of Disability Organisations (GFD), and disability networks across Ghana.
Together, we are building a future where disability inclusion is not just policy, but practice. 💜💚
